Tailora is designed with privacy as a fundamental principle. By default, all your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your customer information, measurements, voice recordings, or images unless you explicitly choose to use optional cloud features.

All business data (customers, measurements, voice notes, images) is stored locally on your device using SQLite database and file storage. This data is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, biometrics, encryption).

4.2 Backup and Export

You can export your data at any time using the App's export feature. Exported files are your responsibility. We recommend:

• Storing backups in a secure location
• Using device encryption
• Regularly backing up your data

4.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect any data we process, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS)
• Secure app store distribution
• Regular security updates
• Access controls and authentication where applicable

5. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted vendors who assist in app functionality (e.g., crash reporting) under strict confidentiality

8. Children's Privacy

Tailora is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us to have it removed.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your data (use the export feature)
• Deletion: Delete your data (uninstall the app or clear app data)
• Correction: Edit your data within the app
• Portability: Export your data in JSON or CSV format

Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise these rights directly through the App's features.

10. International Data Transfers

Your local data remains on your device and is not transferred internationally. Any minimal analytics data we collect may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

11. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device remains until you:

• Delete it within the App
• Clear the App's data
• Uninstall the App

Any analytics data we collect is retained for a maximum of 90 days and is anonymized.
